Why I want to be a
Priest: I want to be a good friend with Jesus and help others to be friends
with Him. I want to lead people to God and I believe the priesthood is to lead
people to the encounter with God. The priest is to be a shepherd for souls to
help them encounter the Creator. In the world we live in people need others to
come to the encounter with God. I think God is calling me to know Him, to be his
friend, and to help others to have the same encounter with Him. I want to do
God’s will and I think God is calling me to serve the people in the priesthood.
