Matthew 25 (M25)

Parish-based service projects to help volunteers partner with one another as they work to make a difference in their communities.

  • For youth (ages 12+) and adults
  • This is a COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM for parishioners.
  • Twenty-four non-consecutive service hours, plus one hour of Eucharistic Adoration

“Whatever you do for the least of these, you do for me” (Matthew 25). What have you done lately for the poor and needy in your community?  Reflect on Jesus’ call to service and answer His call through the Matthew 25 service project.

Participants in this project will work with their pastors and an M25 coordinator to join hands-on service projects and participate in Eucharistic adoration to meet Jesus.

Local volunteer programs are encouraged, and local parish coordinators are needed.  Families, groups or individuals can create and customize their own service projects. Training is available for parish leaders.

For Participants: This is a volunteer program that is open to any Catholic in the Archdiocese. Volunteer parish coordinators are needed.
